Holy Mackerel Oct. 4th 2009 Featured

PA040357This is going to be an extremely busy month so stay tuned for a lot of great fishing reports and happy clients. My first charter from beig back from my vacation was Bob and Ralph and they joined me for a three day fishing adventure out of Crystal River. We started off the first day targeting Spanish mackerel as well as some trout. The mackerel didn't disappoint us and we had them fired up right next to the boat. Free lined live shrimp is a sure way to get your drag screaming by a high speed mack. Even thought we caught several nice trout the boys really enjoyed the hard fight a mackerel displays. Here is Bob with a hefty Mackerel which was released to fight another day. Geat day guys.... Capt. Dan
