Today was our annual Capital City Bank trip headed up by Capt. Jim long and myself and fellow Homosassa Guides Association Captains Jonathan Hamilton, William Toney and Don Chancey were the guides. I had Ray, Alley and Joe on board for the day and once again we ran south to catch some trout for our noon shore lunch. The trout bite was fair and all the boats averaged 1/2 a dozen keepers before the lunch departure. With plenty of fish in the cooler, we pulled up to the Suarez house at Hell's gate and prepared an awesome feast. Fried fish, bacon, gator meat, hush puppies, Cole slaw and beans - it was fantastic.
