Another great day offshore on the trout and today I was at the Homosassa Fishing Club fishing the West party. My team did excellent and we drifted the grass patches in the 7ft-9ft depth range and it was fantastic. They guys had their limit by noon and had plenty of action with lady fish, shark and sea bass too. MirrOlure Lil' John's were the baits of the day and after the great trout bite; we made our way inshore to find a red fish. Well, today we did finally catch quite a few reds. I put the trolling motor down, tied on some gold spoons and went searching. We landed about a dozen, but all were in the 17" range. A really good day and I thank you all for the great day... Capt. Dan
