Another great day for my favorite winter time special - sheepshead and trout. Bob and Mike were on board and the team had a ball. We began the day targeting sheepshead, while using live shrimp on knocker rigs. The sheepshead cooperated quite well, but a big surprise for me today was catching a couple red fish a ways offshore. One red fish was an under slot and the other was a keeper. Our next stop was jigging some trout and on just a couple drifts, the guys caught some fine trout to finish up our day.
