Hot Hot Hot May 28th 2010 Featured

P5280205The summer heat is here! I had a full day trip out of Crystal River and Brian, Erin and Ray joined me for an action packed day. We ran off shore to the deeper grass flats and we played the species game. The trout were biting well, and along with the trout we counted 14 different species to keep us busy. The DOA holographic watermelon shrimp is still producing very well right now. Brian had to come in early for an appoinment, but we ran back out in search of a redfish. No luck on the reds today, however, we did land a hefty sheepshead to add to the mix. Thanks for a great charter and here is today's catch... Capt. Dan
