Providing Crystal River & Homosassa Fishing Charters

With only a couple of weeks before Mrs. Capt. Dan has to go back to teaching, she requested another day on the water. I have an area to the north of the Crystal River where I have usually done very well on snook this time of year. Well, once again we arrived at our destination and had an immediate hook up. Becky caught this beautiful snook on her second cast, took a quick picture and it was safely released to fight another day. We continued on and saw a few pods of snook all about the same size (mid 20" fish) and a some hefty red fish cruised by the boat. I estimated seeing close to 20 snook for the 2hrs we fished, but only one hooked up. No reds today, but we did catch a few trout to add to the day.
