An overcast breezy cool front was with us today and Steve and Tom caught some beautiful trout. It was a little choppy just outside the mouth of the Crystal River, so we stayed close to shore. We targeted the kelp grass beds and oyster bars with DOA deadly combo cork rigs and caught some hefty trout. Only a few under slot trout were caught for our 1/2 day charter and most were between 17" and 20". I can't thank you guys enough for the fun morning and look forward to seeing you again soon... Capt.
