Me & Phil...
Not to much different to report today other than it was pretty darn rough out there. I pushed on out to 17ft of water and we found our grouper. It was nice, as all were keepers and no shorts today. Great job Uncle Phil... Capt. Dan
Fun Grouper...
Always a fun time when Uncle Phil is in town and he brought his buddy Chris along for the day. The two guys did awesome turning some fine grouper and I got to play a bit too. We did the same as yesterday, found just a couple trout and wrapped up the day. I thank you both and outstanding job... Capt. Dan
Gags & Trout...
A great trip with the Sunny Land team as we headed South and had a quick limit of grouper. Frank and Scott did a terrific job and in 5 baits we were done. We ran back inside, found a couple trout and wrapped up the day. Great job fellas.... Capt. Dan
Crystal River Good Groupers....
Another good grouper bite today with Bobby and Bill and the guys did well. We posted up on some shallow ledges and turned three nice ones right away. The bite slowed a little bit and it took me some time to find the fourth one. Soon enough though, he came on board and we headed to the hill. A great morning and I thank you both... Capt. Dan
Crystal River Gags & Reds....
What a great trip today with the ABC supply team. The grouper were absolutely wound up and on one stop we had six beautiful gags on ice. I looked at my watch an it was 9:30am..... got to love it. We had a little bit of tide to work with, so we made a run for some redfish and they bit well. The team caught a limit, released a few others and we called it a day. I thank you all and great job... Capt. Dan
Windy Gags....
A rough and I mean rough one today. I normally don't fish when it's this bumpy but Roy travelled all the way from Georgia, so we gave it a try. Some waves over the bow for the morning hours and two gags quickly made their way in the box, but then it dried up a bit. I had to find some calmer water, so I ran south a ways and fished in the 7ft of water range. We stopped on a little rock I have in my hip pocket and the Dan and Roy found the other pair. One on a plug and the other on pin fish. Good job guys in the bumpy conditions and I'll see you next time... Capt. Dan
Crystal River Gags & Snook....
A really nice day and it was cool one going down the river this morning with temperatures is the 50's. Our first cold snap has arrived and it sure felt good. I had Ricky and Bobby on board and we had a really fun day finding some gags and snook. We began the trip dropping down on some ledges and the guys did a terrific job turning some keeper gags; with no break offs or lost fish. Four grouper made their way in the cooler and we even found a pair of snook on the way home to top off the day. I thank you both and great job... Capt. Dan
