Last of the Sheep's....

Written by

As I wrap up the sheepshead season today with the Worthington family, it sure was another good one. April brings warmer gulf water temperatures and it slows the sheepshead action down and I like to leave the rest of the fish to finish spawning and I'll see them next winter. I'm looking forward to more trout, cobia, triple tail, snook, and mackerel action - plus hopefully some early arrival tarpon in the coming weeks. Today though, we did do well with lots and I mean lots of little grouper, plus some nice sheepshead; but I had to really work for them. The rods did stay bent and I thank you all for the fun day...
