Crystal River Fishing Charters & Homosassa Charters

The trout bite still continues to be hot. I had Sid and Stan on board today out of Pete's Pier for a 1/2 day charter. We left the marina at 8am and our first stop was to try and find a red fish or two. Well, we caught five but all were under the slot and with the tide running out hard we didn't stay to try and find any more. Next we ran offshore to the 5ft to 8ft grass flats and did well on the trout. We had to move around to find the keepers, but after a few stops we had plenty in the cooler. There are still some very large sharks around and we had two jump out of the water after our cork rigs today "a little scary". On a final note this was Sids 80th birthday and he did a fantastic job.
