It's that time of year again and the inshore grouper bite is getting better each day. I had Dan, Jan, Jay and Cecelia on board for there annual grouper trolling day. We left the dock just after 8am and ran just a few miles offshore and immediatly hooked up. We worked a ledge for a few passes and put 3 nice gags in the boat by 9:30am. The shorts soon followed and unfortunatly that was all the keepers we could find for the day. The wind picked up quite a bit and with plenty of fish for a meal or two we called it a day. The fire tiger color was hot today and with the water being dirty the brighter colors will continue to be the top producers.
