Black and White Stripes Jan. 29th 2011 Featured

P1290347A great day out of Crystal River and we were seeing black and white; sheepshead stripes that is. I had Ryan and Dr. Chris Mckenney on board today and the guys requested to give the sheepshead bite a try. It was one of those picture perfect days, calm seas, clear water and the fish were on the feed. We fished a variety of structure's today and all produced quality sheepshead. A live shrimp on a 1/8oz knocker rig was the tackle choice for the day. The guys kept a few to feed the families, while we released several others to fight again.
