It's getting busy offshore and more and more different species are beginning to be caught. I had Kevin, Gretchen, Richard and Josh on board out of Pete's Pier today and we caught some beautiful offshore trout. The action was steady all day and having a mixture of flounder, trout, sea bass, ladyfish, mackerel and cobia was our bag of surprises. Using a combination of DOA and gulp shrimp were today's baits of choice. We didn't have a tide for redfishing, so we stuck to the trout and had a great catch to show for it.
