Windy Trout & Reds. June 15th 2011 Featured

P6150568A fun 1/2 day charter out of Crystal River, with a steady 15mph west wind to contend with. Marshall and Sherry met me at Pete's Pier this morning and we started out the morning catching a few keeper trout targeting the shallow spotty bottom areas. The DOA deadly combos were our baits of choice and one again the holographic root beer didn't let us down. The tide was rushing in due to the full moon high tides, so it was time to find a red fish. Our first couple of spots were a little slow, but we found them and we boated seven beautiful red fish in no time. Thank you both for a great morning and look forward to seeing you again soon...
