I was at the Homosassa Fishing Club today with my good friend Capt. Mark Zorn and we were fishing the John Maddox party. Red fish was the species requested and we delivered. While we were waiting for the tide to get going, we made a few drifts and caught some trout. Using DOA deadly combos with the holographic root beer shrimp was keeping the trout bite steady. Around 11am the tide was getting right to start hunting some red fish. We totaled 12 red fish for the afternoon and just about every point we fished produced a couple fish.
