I want to say thank you to my good friend and excellent column writer Matt Beck, with the Citrus County Chronicle, for another great fishing report. Matt features me from time to time in the Sports/Outdoors section and I always enjoy giving a couple pointers to help our local anglers catch some more fish. In today's feature story, we talked about the sea bass and mixed variety action on the rock piles, inshore trout and areas to begin your fishing trips on around the Holiday's. Matt also gives a radio fishing report on our local FM station 99.9 on Thursdays and I gladly share some up to date information on the what, where and when in the fishing world. "On a side note". I've been busy getting ready for Christmas with these last couple of days - just in case you've wondered where the reports have been.
