The steady south wind was with us today, but it didn't slow Ron and Fred down from catching a couple trout. We had to be creative in our fishing locations and we used the shore to block some of the chop. The trout were real lethargic today and for the morning, they wanted the jig just dragged along the bottom. Root beer and bourbon colored MirrOlure Lil' Johns were today's colors. The fish were scattered and even though the tide wasn't the best, the guys did great. Thank you both for the fun time and look forward to seeing you again... Capt. Dan
