The calmest I've seen the gulf in quite sometime and I believe you could have taken a canoe offshore today. I had the pleasure of having the Worthington family on board for a grouper trip and we headed West. I have not been to the 25ft range in a while and was anxious to go there myself. I have to pick and choose my days to run to that range since I have a bay boat; but when the opportunity rises - I'm there. Today was glass, flat calm conditions and it was a breeze running offshore. We anchored on a couple low profile rocks and did great. The team brought in a fine limit of gag grouper using a combination of both live and cut thread fin herring baits. A perfect day and I thank you all for the fun time... Capt. Dan
