Day two at the Homosassa Fishing Club and I had the pleasure of having the Fuson family on board for the day. Capt's Zorn, Spratt and Toney were on the trip as well and trout, red fish and another fine shore lunch was on order. It was a little misty leaving the club dock just after 8am, but the skies soon cleared and what a beautiful day on the Homosassa flats. My team caught some nice trout for the first couple hours of the morning and once the tide was right for red fishing, we added a couple of them too. Free lined live shrimp for the red fish and DOA deadly combos rigged with bourbon colored Lil' Johns were the baits of choice for the trout.
