What a great day inshore with Steve, Chris and Scott and these gentlemen had an outstanding day. We spent the morning hours targeting trout and made some long drifts in the 9ft range over good grass patches. Bourbon colored MirrOlure Lil' Johns were the baits of the day and some good quality trout were caught as well. To end the day, we made a couple stops on the shallow rocks and added a little mix. A wonderful day and I thank you all for the excellent day.... Capt. Dan
The day of all days to go offshore and Bill, Henry and Steve hit it out of the park. I met the guys at 8am and we headed West. When I reached the mouth of the river it was like glass, so we made the run to 30ft. I anchored and the day was pretty much non stop action. Live shrimp on knocker rigs kept the rods bent and it was some fantastic fishing. We also caught some blue runners that we used as live bait and landed a 15lb gag grouper on one. It was one of those picture perfect days and I thank you all for the great day... Capt. Dan
Hello everyone and I hope you all are doing well. I've taken a couple day break to do some service on my main boat and do some scouting for some early arrival tarpon. The tarpon are arriving little by little and I've jumped a handful in the last couple of days, but none to the boat yet. As this month progresses, more and more will be passing through and hopefully this season will be as good as last years. I'll see you on the water soon... Capt. Dan
The perfect day to go offshore with Meredith and Blake for the day and the rods stayed bent. I took the couple to the 25ft range and dropped down live shrimp on knocker rigs. The bite was on and literally every drop produced a fish. We had a nice variety of species and a real beauty of a mangrove snapper too. The water was clear and seeing the fish swim around under the boat is always a treat. What A fun day and I look forward to doing it again soon... Capt. Dan
