Crystal River Inshore Snook & Trout. Nov. 7th 2011 Featured

PB070934Beautiful snook in the river and a trout limit inshore was today's recipe for success. Jamie and Glen joined me today out of Pete's Pier Marina and the guys had an awesome Crystal River experience. We began the day targeting river snook and we did great hooking six, but only landed three; while the others shook off right next to the boat. The Yo-zuri 3D minnows were on fire today. Next, we ran just to the outside keys and worked the shallow kelp grass beds, to find our trout limit. Using the DOA deadly combos in the glow shrimp color was our hot trout color today. Great catch and releases snook action and tasty trout for dinner, it was a good one. Thanks guys for the fun time and hope to see you soon.
