Crystal River Fishing Charters & Homosassa Charters

I've been very blessed as a fishing guide to have some great days on the water and once in a while you have one of those days that make you say - "WOW" what a day. I was at the Homosassa Fishing Club today with Captains Mark Zorn, Jim Long and William Toney and I had the pleasure of having Yancey, Mark and Keith on board for the day. With the inshore trout bite a little slow on low water, I said hold on guys, we're going offshore to troll up some grouper. It was rough with the 3ft swells, but the bite was well worth it. We trolled in the 25ft range and had a easy limit of gags. The only problem was, the slow 10mph ride in from 16 miles which was a bumpy ride. Once inshore, we made a couple drifts for trout off the "Keys", and picked up some keepers to add to the mix. For the final touch of the day, we free lined some shrimp on the rocky points and put a couple beautiful Homosassa red fish to end the day.
