Crystal River Fishing Charters & Homosassa Charters

A late afternoon trip today at the Homosassa Fishing Club with fellow Homosassa Guides Association Captains Mark Zorn, Fred Lyles and William Toney. I had the pleasure of fishing Janice and Watt for the afternoon and this couple did fantastic. We reached the shallow flats to the North towards Crystal River and with the slightly cooler water from the earlier rains, the trout bite was on. We made four drifts over the spotty bottom areas with MirrOlure Lil' John cork rigs and had our limit. The tide was running in hard, so our next stop, we hit the creeks and free lined a combination of live shrimp and live pin fish to entice some red fish. My crew caught four beautiful upper slot red fish to end our trip and just after 5pm, we called it a day. I thank you both for a magnificent afternoon and look forward to your next visit... Capt. Dan
